vegetable momos

Ingredients
For momo’s cover
1. All purpose flour.....1 cup
2. Salt
3. Baking powder........1/4th tsp

For filling
1. Grated cabbage......1/2nd cup
2. Grated carrots.........1/2nd cup
3. Vinegar....................1 tsp
4. Black pepper............1/4th tsp
5. Amchoor.................1/4th tsp
6. Salt
7. Vegetable oil............1 tsp

For sauce
1. Red chillies............3-4
2. Garlic flakes...........3-4
3. Vinegar..................1tbsp
4. Salt........................a bit

Procedure
1. Mix flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
2. Add appropriate amount of water to make the dough and keep it aside.
3. Keep the red chillies in vinegar and add salt and garlic to it.
4. Place it aside for sauce
5. Place the wok on gas and add vegetable oil to it.
6. As it gets hot, sauté cabbage and carrots for 5 minutes.
7. Add vinegar, pepper, salt and amchoor to it.
8. Prepare the steamer or take another wok, add water to it
9. Put a metallic sieve on it.
10. Place the whole arrangement on gas.
11. Take the dough and make small balls of it.
12. Draw the ball in thin sheets.
13. Place the mixture of cabbage and carrot in the middle of the sheet and cover it from the ends. You can give any shape you want. Make other momos also.
14. Let the water boil in the wok.
15. Put the momos on the sieve and cover the wok by some utensil.
16. Steam it for about 10 minutes.
17. Grind the ingredients of the sauce and serve the momos with it.

serve hot
