Ingredients
For momo’s cover
1. All purpose flour.....1 cup
2. Salt
3. Baking powder........1/4th tsp
For filling
1. Grated cabbage......1/2nd cup
2. Grated carrots.........1/2nd cup
3. Vinegar....................1 tsp
4. Black pepper............1/4th tsp
5. Amchoor.................1/4th tsp
6. Salt
7. Vegetable oil............1 tsp
For sauce
1. Red chillies............3-4
2. Garlic flakes...........3-4
3. Vinegar..................1tbsp
4. Salt........................a bit
Procedure
1. Mix flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
2. Add appropriate amount of water to make the dough and keep it aside.
3. Keep the red chillies in vinegar and add salt and garlic to it.
4. Place it aside for sauce
5. Place the wok on gas and add vegetable oil to it.
6. As it gets hot, sauté cabbage and carrots for 5 minutes.
7. Add vinegar, pepper, salt and amchoor to it.
8. Prepare the steamer or take another wok, add water to it
9. Put a metallic sieve on it.
10. Place the whole arrangement on gas.
11. Take the dough and make small balls of it.
12. Draw the ball in thin sheets.
13. Place the mixture of cabbage and carrot in the middle of the sheet and cover it from the ends. You can give any shape you want. Make other momos also.
14. Let the water boil in the wok.
15. Put the momos on the sieve and cover the wok by some utensil.
16. Steam it for about 10 minutes.
17. Grind the ingredients of the sauce and serve the momos with it.

Gatte di sabzi
Ingredients
For dough
Besan..........1/2cup
Garam masala.....3/4tsp
Red chilli (powdered)...3/4tsp
Mustard oil.......1tsp
For curry
Onion....4-5
Garlic....1
Ginger...small pieces (3-4)
Turmeric....1/2tsp
Red chilli powdered.....1/2tsp
Coriander powder.........1/2tsp
Tomato......1
Salt.....acc. To taste
Process
1. Make dough of the ingredients.
2. Add water (5 cups) and 1tsp oil in a kadai and bring it to boil.
3. Add the dough into it after giving it a cylindrical shape.
4. As the dough start to swim near the surface, take it out. Cut them vertically.
5. Take kadai and add 3 tbsp mustard oil into it.
6. Deep fry the besan pieces.
7. Again heat up 1 tbsp mustard oil in kadai.
8. Add paste (onion,tomato,garlic,Ginger) to it
9. Subsequently add the powdered spices to the paste and cook it.
10. Add fried besan pieces to it followed by water (depending on the requirement of consistency).
11. Bring it to boil and cook it for 5 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot

American Corn.....1/2cup
Green Peas..........1/2cup
Raw rice...............1cup
Oil.........................1tsp
Salt.......................acc. To taste
Process
1. Take oil in cooker and heat a bit
2. Add corn and peas followed by salt (u can add cumin seeds for extra flavor)
3. Sauté them
4. Add rice followed by water to cook rice (whistles depending on the rice quality)
Serve hot
